Susan M. Keith, Ph.D., focuses her research on media ethics, the work of editors, and the legal and production issues arising from the junction of "new" and "old" media.
She spent 16 years as a newspaper reporter, copy editor, page layout designer, and assignment editor at daily newspapers in Alabama and Florida.
Keith has taught undergraduate courses in media ethics, media law, editing, design, sports media, and international journalism. She also teaches in the Ph.D. program.
