Debbie L. Hines is an adjunct Professor in the School of Labor Studies and Employment Relations at Rutgers University. 

She regularly teaches courses in workplace issues and diversity and inclusion. In addition, she does corporate consulting and training in organizational structure, leadership, human resource management, and conflict resolution.
