Arturo E. Osorio-Fernandez, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Management and Global Business. He is also a fellow at the Center for Urban Entrepreneurship and Economic Development (CUEED), The J. Cornwell Center for Metropolitan Studies (Cornwell Center), and the Public-Private Community Partnership Program (PPCP). At these groups he works with members of the private sector, non-profit organizations and governments to address social and economic issues in the context of urban development. He is also an advisor to several Latin American Consulates in New Jersey in the area of community engagement and business development.
