Dr. Levine is Professor and Director of Reproductive & Gender Health Programs in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health and Professor of Obsterics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He has given numerous local, regional, and national presentations to clinicians and the public on various women's health and primary care related topics. 

Dr. Levine has received several awards for demonstrating excellence in teaching, patient care, humanism, and mentorship. He resides with his wife, four daughters, three grandsons and a menagerie of adopted pets in Hillsborough, N.J.

Local (within 30 minutes of Hillsborough, NJ): $1,000

Regional (within 90 minutes of Hillsborough, NJ): $1,500

National (requiring travel): $2,500
