Karen M. O’Neill is Associate Professor in Human Ecology at Rutgers University. She is a historical sociologist studying policies on land and water, especially coastal climate adaptation, river flooding policies, and watershed management. She is currently co-PI on a project studying funding for watershed conservation in the Delaware River Basin, USA.
